Once you are logged into your customer account, select "Addresses to update your address information or "Order Details" to see your order history.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday with standard shipping. If your order is placed between Friday 3pm EST and Sunday 11:59pm EST, it will ship Monday or the next business day if a holiday.

Can I cancel my order?

We are only able to cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. To cancel your order, fill out the contact form here and a team member will reply via email. Our team is only available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST. If your order has already been shipping, you will have to process a return.

Shipping and Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

There is free shipping on orders over $100, or on all subscription orders. All subscriptions receive free shipping and a 10% discount; this cannot be combined with other discounts.

What are shipping costs?

U.S. domestic orders are $3.90 for standard shipping. Free shipping is available for orders over $100 or on subscription orders.

Can I return my order?

Returns are only accepted for unopened products. If you have questions, please contact our customer support team here.

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the online contact form here and include the order number. A customer support representative will reach out to you to process the return.

My product is damaged/the bottle is open.
